Terms of service

These terms govern your use of shop.amorbudget.com and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

The store is operated from San Antonio, Texas, United States. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "Amor Budget" mean the store operator, and "you" means the customer.

Who can order

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate and complete information when you order.

Products

Our items are printed to order by a third-party print partner. We describe each product as accurately as we can, but we cannot promise that colours on your screen match the finished garment exactly. Garment-dyed fabric varies slightly between batches, and that variation is a property of the material rather than a fault.

We may change or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments. We do not receive or store your full card details.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you receive a confirmation email. We will contact you before doing so.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt of that offer, not acceptance of it. We may decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full, if the item is unavailable, the price was wrong, or we suspect fraud.

We may limit quantities per person, per household or per order.

Shipping and returns

Delivery timings, rates and customs charges are covered in our Shipping Policy. Faults, damage and cancellations are covered in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Amor Budget name, logo, wordmark, and every design printed on our products belong to us. Buying a garment gives you the garment, not a licence to the artwork.

You may not reproduce, resell, or use our designs on your own products, or use our branding in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this store to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, harvest data from the site, or interfere with its operation or security.

Third-party services

The store runs on Shopify and fulfilment is handled by our print partner. Their platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The store and its products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits, and none of this affects your statutory consumer rights.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the store.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, unless the consumer law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
